Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and clean, though a bit small with limited seating. The service was exceptional, providing helpful recommendations and immediate assistance. The location was fantastic, central yet peaceful. The dining was good with a nice breakfast spread but needed frequent refills. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that were a bit dated but comfortable, set in front of a beautiful garden and glass roof. The service was outstanding with a welcoming and informative staff. The location is ideal, minutes away from major attractions but on a peaceful street. The dining experience was good with a delicious spread, though it could have had more options. Overall, a brilliant stay with minor room updates needed and a more varied dining menu.
The hotel is perfectly located, close to the old city center, and offers welcoming service. The rooms are lovely, quiet, and comfortable for a family. The dining experience provided a good selection for breakfast, and the facilities are recommended for a convenient stay.
The hotel is in a superb location in the heart of old Bruges, minutes from major attractions, yet nestled in a quiet street. The rooms are well-equipped and practical, but an unexpected early morning drunken encounter was unsettling. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and helpful host and lovely staff. The dining experience is sumptuous and the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel is located on the ground level on a street with quite some traffic and noise, preventing us from keeping the windows open during the nights. However, the rooms have large windows overlooking the quiet garden, good storage space, and comfy beds. The service was welcoming and helpful, especially for visitors from another country. The location is very central, close to the old city center but on a quiet street. The dining experience in the lovely garden was good with plenty of options. Overall, a decent value for money stay.
The hotel was exactly as described, offering excellent value, including a simple yet perfectly adequate breakfast to start the day. The rooms were a little dated but spotless with all good quality fittings, very clean, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. However, the sound insulation wasn't great, and we were disturbed by road works outside our window.
